Boeuf Bourguignon
A rich beef casserole very slowly cooked in a classic red wine and a hint of mature brandy. To add to the delicious taste, it is finished off with bacon and shallots.
Luxury fish pie
This is a top favourite made up with a selection of five fish including salmon and smoked haddock baked in a creamy fish sauce and topped with delicious creamy mash potatoes.
Lamb Hot Pot
Tender lamb cooked with a delicious combination of celery, carrots and tomato puree slowly cooked in a rich lamb stock, and then baked with topped potatoes till nice and browned.
